Zero Carbon Village is a collaborative legal innovation hub committed to accelerating climate action through law and contracts.

We bring together legal professionals, sustainability experts, and changemakers to design, test, and promote legal tools that help businesses, communities, and governments transition to a low-carbon, climate-resilient future.

Our work is anchored in the Global South, shaped by local realities, and aligned with global climate goals. We collaborate closely with initiatives like The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) to adapt and co-create climate-conscious clauses, toolkits, and strategies relevant to African legal and business contexts.

The Village is not just a think tank, we are a do tank. Through clinics, hackathons, and community-based learning, we are making climate law actionable.
